Spearheading the FiredUp4 campaign is Kate Malone MBE, of The Great Pottery Throw Down fame, who is a highly accomplished potter.

For the inaugural FiredUp4 in 2020, Kate invited some of the very best ceramic artists of our time. This group of potters committed to each transforming three kilos of clay into a unique and special piece of work, so that we could raise funds in partnerships with OnSide, to install two pottery studios into the Youth Zones in Wigan and Chorley.
